Our Story Publications (OSP)
Our Story Publications celebrates the potential and creativity of children. Every child is endowed with a special talent or gift. It is up to the adults in their lives to help them discover their gifts, and teach them how to learn.
Our Story Publications was launched in 2004 by a mother and educational advocate, who wants children to understand the relevance of subjects, unleash their creativity, and enjoy their learning process. OSP offers plays for children and educational publications that integrate learning concepts and the interests of children. As a passionate educational advocate, it bothers me immensely to see potential "left on the table."
I have always tried to make learning relevant and fun. As a result, my children are "advanced" learners who are gifted in many subjects. I want to share the products and practices that I have used to help my children become enthusiactic learners.
Our Story Publications (OSP) publishes original works that make learning meaningful and entertaining. Publications include educational plays for children. The plays engage children through characters they can relate to and integrated learning concepts. Mini Word Walls build spelling, vocabulary and handwriting skills. Our Story Publications also creates beautiful keepsake silhouette from your digital images.
On the educational toys page, toys that helped establish a great foundation for BK and BK (my children) are shared.
KidzMart lists educational toy deals, unique children's products and other things that make learning efficient and effective. I also keep on the look out for educational toys and resources that are useful to homeschoolers.

I have been passionate about education for decades. Our Story Publications is named after the nonprofit organization, OurStory, which I helped to found. The organization's vision is to provide creative educational programs for youth who are challenged to fulfill their academic potential.
In the near future, Our Story Publications' site will publish a groupwiki for action oriented educational advocates and parents. The goal of The School Project will be to become a catalyst for creating collaborative communities that transform our current school model and provide advocacy support to parents.
